An in-depth initial consultation, covering your goals, injuries, concerns, and workout preferences

Short fitness assessments in the initial session so that a tailored program can be designed that both challenges you and is appropriate for where you are right now.

Customized 50 minute workouts tailored to your goals and preferences, typically combining short cardio intervals coupled with resistance training. My expertise is in strength training, HIIT, sculpt, dance cardio and tramp cardio (rebounding) - your sessions can be any one or a mix of these modalities!

Basic nutrition guidance and recommendations if desired.

Sessions in the comfort of your own home or private gym facility (in San Francisco), or virtually through Zoom.
