COMING BACK THIS FALL
With over 1700 classes under her belt, Alice will push, challenge, and motivate you through this 50 minute high energy class!
Class starts with 10 minutes of accessible dance cardio choreography to warm up, followed by 40 minutes of strength intervals and pilates-based core work to finish.
